1. Accepting these terms

By using swiftyresults.com (the "site") you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. "SwiftyResults", "we" and "us" mean SwiftyResults, a Florida business. "You" means the person or business using the site.

2. Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes connected with learning about and contacting us. You agree not to:

  • Submit false information, or information about another person without their permission.
  • Send spam, scrape the site with automated tools in a way that burdens it, or try to gain access to areas not meant for you.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with how the site works.
  • Copy the site's design, copy or images for use on another site without our written permission.

We may block access to anyone who breaks these rules.

3. Free resources and forms

The free website check-up, the AI growth checklist, the quiz and the free 15-minute call are offered at no charge and at our discretion. We may limit how many we provide in a given period. They are general guidance based on the information you give us, not a promise of any particular outcome, and they do not create a client relationship until we both sign an agreement.

4. Referral program

Our referral program pays a reward, currently $250, when a business you refer through the referral page signs an agreement with us and pays their first invoice. To qualify:

  • The referral must be submitted through our referral form or in writing to us before the referred business first contacts us.
  • The referred business must be new to us and must not be you or a business you own.
  • The reward is paid within 30 days of the referred business paying its first invoice.
  • One reward per referred business. We may change or end the program at any time; referrals submitted before a change are honored under the terms in place when they were submitted.

5. Client portal and payments

The client portal is for current clients. Keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else has used them. Payments made through the portal are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms. Invoices are due on the dates shown in your proposal. We may pause work on overdue accounts after giving you notice.

6. Client services

Websites, AI automations, advertising management, video production, apps and other paid services are provided under a separate written proposal or agreement that states the scope, price, timeline and what happens if either side needs to change course. That agreement governs the work. These terms fill in only what the agreement does not cover.

7. Content and ownership

The text, design, images, code and videos on this site belong to SwiftyResults or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to the site. You may not republish its content without permission.

Work we deliver to a client, including the website, ad accounts, videos, content and data, belongs to the client once the related invoices are paid, as set out in the client agreement. We may keep copies for our records and, unless you ask us not to, show the work in our portfolio.

Client names, logos and testimonials appear on this site with permission. If you are a client and want something removed, email us and we will take it down promptly.

8. Results and case studies

The numbers and quotes on this site come from real client projects. They describe what happened for those businesses under their circumstances. Every business is different, so past results do not guarantee future ones. Where we agree to a results-based price with you, the specific measure, method and terms are written into your agreement.

9. Third-party links and tools

The site links to client websites, social networks and tools such as Google and Stripe. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Using them is subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The site and its free resources are provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but we do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current. Nothing on the site is legal, financial or tax advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SwiftyResults and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or its free resources. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or the free resources is limited to $100. Liability for paid services is addressed in your client agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If we have a disagreement, we both agree to try to resolve it by talking first. If that fails, any claim relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida, and both sides consent to that venue.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes do not affect agreements already signed with clients.
