Privacy Policy
Effective date: . Applies to swiftyresults.com and the services of SwiftyResults, Florida.
The short version
- We collect only what you give us in a form or a call, plus standard analytics about how the site is used.
- We use it to reply to you, do the work you hired us for, and understand what on the site is working.
- We never sell your information. We share it only with the tools that run this site and our business, listed below.
- You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email icpedrosa@swiftyresults.com.
1. Who we are
SwiftyResults ("we", "us") is a web design, AI automation, advertising and video studio based in Florida, United States. We are the "controller" of the personal information described here, which means we decide how and why it is used.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and project forms. Your name, email address, phone number (optional), the result you picked, and whatever you write in the message box.
- Free website check-up and checklist requests. The same details plus your website address and the challenge you selected.
- The 60-second quiz. Your answers, your name and your email address, so we can send your result.
- Referral form. Your details and the name and contact of the business you are referring. Please only refer someone who is happy to hear from us.
- Newsletter sign-up. Your email address.
- Client portal. Your login details, the project information you submit, and payment confirmations. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe, and never touch our servers.
- Calls, emails and texts you exchange with us.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request. This is standard for every website and is used for security and troubleshooting.
- Analytics and advertising tags. See Cookies and analytics below.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your message, call or request, usually within one business day.
- To prepare a plan and a price, and then to do the work you hire us for.
- To send you something you asked for, such as a quiz result, a checklist or a website check-up.
- To send occasional emails about our services if you signed up for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to the site, so we can improve it.
- To keep the site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and meet our legal obligations.
Where privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (forms and newsletters), our contract with you (client work), and our legitimate interest in running and improving a small business (analytics and security).
4. Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, and may use Google Ads conversion tracking to see whether an ad led to a form submission or phone call. These tools set cookies and collect your IP address, device information and the pages you view. Google may combine this with other data it holds. You can read how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
We do not run advertising networks on this site and we do not show you third-party ads here.
To opt out you can:
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
- Turn on "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control in your browser. We treat these signals as an opt-out of analytics and advertising cookies where our tools support it.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and some scripts from the cdnjs content delivery network run by Cloudflare. Loading them sends your IP address to those providers.
5. Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
| Who | What for |
|---|---|
| Google (Workspace, Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads, Fonts) | Email, calendar, analytics, ad measurement, fonts |
| Stripe | Payments through the client portal |
| Our hosting provider | Serving the site and delivering form submissions to our email |
| Cloudflare cdnjs | Delivering animation scripts |
| Team members and contractors of SwiftyResults | Replying to you and delivering your project, under confidentiality |
| Authorities or advisors | Only if the law requires it or to protect our rights |
If SwiftyResults is ever sold or merged, your information would transfer with the business under the same protections.
6. How long we keep it
- Form submissions and emails: as long as we are in contact with you, and up to three years after the last message, so we can pick up where we left off.
- Client project records and invoices: seven years, for tax and accounting reasons.
- Analytics data: Google Analytics keeps event data for its default period, currently 14 months.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
7. How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions go straight to our business email; nothing you type is stored in a public database. The client portal uses password-protected logins and Stripe for payments. Access inside the team is limited to the people who need it. No website is perfectly secure, so if you believe your information has been exposed, please tell us right away.
8. Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and send you a copy.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete it, unless we have to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
- Stop sending you marketing emails.
- Restrict or object to a particular use.
Residents of California, Florida, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and other states with privacy laws, and residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Canada, have these rights in law. We extend them to everyone. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising across other companies' sites, so there is nothing to opt out of in that sense. We will not treat you differently for exercising a right.
To make a request, email icpedrosa@swiftyresults.com from the address we have on file, or call (239) 314-9696. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner. If you are in the EEA or UK and are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
9. If you are a client
When we build a website, run ads or set up an AI helper for you, we handle your customers' information on your behalf and on your instructions. In that role we act as a "processor" or "service provider". Your written agreement with us covers those details. Once a project is delivered, the accounts, data and content belong to you.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses. The site is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
11. Other websites
We link to client websites, social networks and other resources. Their privacy practices are their own. Read their policies before sharing information with them.
12. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top. For meaningful changes we will also mention it on the homepage or email clients directly.
